Vegan Chilli Cheese Burrito

For this I used my five bean chilli (check out how to make it here) and Violife’s for pizza cheese. This is a pretty simple combination of chilli and vegan cheese inside a pan fried tortilla.

  • Take a tortilla, spoon about four to five tablespoons of chilli* down the length of it, making sure to leave a gap at both ends (*depending on how large your tortilla wraps are, use more chilli if your tortillas are larger) then top with grated vegan cheese.
  • Tuck the top and bottom inwards before folding in the sides. Fry in a pan over medium heat for a few minutes on each side. Make sure to fry the seal side down first, this with help retain shape.

I served mine with a bowl of tortilla chips and a side salad.
