Three Super Simple Smoothies

I love smoothies, they make for a quick, fruity breakfast option.

The method is the same for each, add everything to a blender and blend. Can’t get more simple than that.

Firstly; Creamy Pineapple & Banana

  1. One banana, sliced and frozen
  2. 230g/8oz tin of pineapple chunks
  3. 100ml non dairy milk

Raspberry, Blackberry & Vanilla

  1. 130g/4.5oz frozen raspberries
  2. 130g/4.5oz frozen blackberries
  3. 200ml non dairy milk
  4. Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract

Lastly; Blueberry & Grape

  1. 130g4.5oz frozen blueberries
  2. 140g/5oz red seedless grapes
  3. 100ml non dairy milk
  4. Half a teaspoon of maple syrup
