Classic Fruit Salad

This simple fruit salad is bursting with flavour and would make a perfect addition to any picnic or barbecue. When you use fruit that is in season and perfectly ripe, there’s no need to add additional juice or syrup, the natural juice in the fruit is enough as it is

Yield; Four servings Prep time; 10 minutes

You’ll need;

  1. Half a pineapple, topped, tailed, peeled then chopped (woody core removed)
  2. 300g strawberries, topped and chopped
  3. Three kiwis, peeled and sliced
  4. Two satsumas, peeled
  5. The juice of one lime

Method;

  • Once you have prepared the fruit, add it all into a serving dish. Squeeze the lime juice over the top and give it a stir to combine
  • Store in the fridge until you’re ready to serve. Serve with dairy free cream, vanilla ice cream or yogurt
