These simple cookies are really easy to make, don’t need any strange egg replacers, and contain only six ingredients. You can’t beat that with a stick!
Yield; Six cookies Cook time; 8-10 minutes
You’ll need;
- 100g/3.5oz plain flour
- 150g/5oz cashew butter
- 90g/3oz golden syrup
- 90g/3oz white chocolate chips
- One teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Method;
- Add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix well to combine. Once the mixture is fully combined you should be able to form it into a ball using your hands
- Split the dough into 6-8 equal sized pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then press each ball down and form into a cookie shape. Lay the cookies onto a lined baking tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes (refriegeration is optional, it’s just something I always do)
- Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes at 180°C/160°C fan assisted/350°F
- Once baked remove from the oven, then leave them to cool for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling tray
