This white chocolate and vanilla fudge only contains three ingredients, and you can make it with just a microwave and a fridge, super simple. This is the first of my little mini series of recipes, there will be another three after this one
You’ll need;
- One 320g/11.3oz can of coconut condensed milk
- 450g/1lb dairy free white chocolate
- One teaspoon of vanilla extract
Method;
- Mix together the white chocolate, vanilla and the condensed milk. Then either melt them together in a microwave, or over a pan of very gently simmering water. If you’re using a microwave, only heat it for 10 second bursts, then take out and stir before heating it again
- Once the mixture has fully melted, it will be become very thick. Now it’s ready to pour into a dish
- Line a dish with foil or baking paper, then pour the mixture into it
- Pop it into the fridge to set overnight. Then you can take it out of the dish, remove the foil, then chop it into pieces. I decorated them with some melted chocolate, but you don’t have to if you don’t want to
