On Saturday I went to @itadakizensh with my Mom and sister,. We had ramen, sushi (not pictured) and grilled rice balls swipe ➡️ to see This is the second time I've had the shoyu ramen, it's delicious Everything I've eaten there is amazing, and I always enjoy visiting. This isnt sponsored, gifted or an ad, I just really love the place The service is brilliant, the food is delicious, and there's just such a cosy, chilled out atmosphere there. Plus they're a totally vegan restaurant. The answer to "but bacon though?" vegan bacon by @veganbaconuk! Really meaty texture, great smoky bacon flavour, and totally plant based This is the best bacon I've ever tried. After my Mom ate this sandwich I made, she went and ordered three packs online. If that's not a glowing endorsement I don't know what is I made my sister a sandwich with it last night, she thought it was brilliant too. Although if you'd prefer to use store bought mock meat, then simply swap the same amount for your favorite mock meat. When the pasta is super saucy 😍 Creamy, cheesy, mushroom spaghetti 🍝 Because carbs are the best, and tofu cream is one of my most favourite things ever Tofu cream is just a dairy free cream alternative I make from blending 300-350g silken tofu (the shelf stable kind in a box) and 200-250ml plant milk. Using more milk and less tofu will give you a thinner single cream like consistency, using more tofu and less milk gives a thicker double cream like consistency I flavoured the cream with garlic, herbs, mushrooms, cheese and stirred some spaghetti through the sauce.
