They are incredible 😍 I got a triple chocolate biscoff brownie, a triple chocolate oreo brownie, biscoff rocky road, a vanilla & white chocolate chip cookie, a chocolate & white chocolate chip cookie and white chocolate nougat topped with dark & white chocolate chunks I don't know what I liked best because it was all so amazing. Thanks so much for letting me try them. @vbitesfoods Red Cheezly Slices - They're lovely, the flavour is just like red Leicester (cheesy but mild) it melts well and doesn't stick to your teeth I bought this online from their website. It's part of the new allergen free range. I popped in some of their maple "bacon" too, it was delicious Have you tried this cheese, if so, what did you think? They also have a really meaty mouthfeel, making them perfect for pulled "pork". Just shred the stems with a fork before cooking. Vegan "Egg" Mayo - Looks like egg, tastes like egg, but it's 100% vegan. Perfect for a sandwich filling or baked potato topping I used to love egg mayo, and I still enjoy it now with this vegan version. Unlike egg mayo, you don't need to cook anything, or pick out any bits of shell, so it's much quicker and easier to prepare Vegan Egg Mayo - You'll need 280g tofu, I used @tofooco naked tofu 3 tablespoons egg free mayo, I used @hellmannsuk vegan mayo 1 teaspoon American mustard ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric Black salt aka kala namak and black pepper to taste Method Roughly chop one third of the tofu and pop it into a food processor. Add the mayo, mustard and turmeric and blend until smooth Chop the remaining tofu into little pieces, this will resemble cooked egg white Fold together and season to taste with black salt and pepper Store in an airtight container in the fridge I buy my black salt online from amazon. That way you can read the reviews and know you're getting the right thing It's also available from Asian supermarkets When cooking with black salt, be aware that heat kills the sulphur over time. So always add it to hot food last, right before serving. I went to the Weatherspoons in Aberystwyth last Tuesday with my Mom. I had a jacket potato with roasted vegetables.and we split some chips and onion rings. If you go to a spoons and don't order chips, what's the point in going there in the first place?! 😂 I'm on my way back to Kent at the moment, I had a great times in Wales, as always I also felt bad for the people who assumed the food at my Mom's was new food from Weatherspoons.
